As Chief Operating Officer in the security sector, I played a key role in expanding market reach, streamlining operations, and implementing innovative security solutions.

My leadership is defined by my ability to build high-performance teams, drive business growth, and foster strong client relationships. Committed to continuous learning, I earned a Diploma in Security, reinforcing my expertise in the industry. My adaptability and strategic mindset have positioned me as a key figure in security solutions.

Lee Long Xuan

Describing myself is one of the toughest tasks to do, but it's interesting too to put it to words.

I always believe the human mind is amazing, be they positive or negative - makes us the person we are to the world.

Over 30 years of working experiences in Operations, Business & Development had gained me the knowledge and experience having to work with many mentors. One of the most memorable experiences I have in the industry are the days at Government Quarantine Facility (GQF) during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a frontliner, being decisive and having endurance are very crucial in supporting my counterparts. The entire exercise will only be successful when there are teamwork and trust.

Customers and employees are equally important. I strive to deliver the highest quality customer service without compromising my employees' needs. Good employees do build customer relationships. I believe an engaged employee is the backbone of excellent customer service which will lead to satisfied and loyal customers.

The power that motivates me to stay stronger is the love & support from my family. Having a good work life balance allows me to stay productive in work.

Michael Lim

Operation Center Manager


Having completed my studies in Raffles Institution in 1977, I embark my career in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as an Armour officer. My last position as a Senior Officer was in the Intelligent Corp where I served before leaving the SAF 2010.

With over 45 years of successful management and leadership experience with a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives. A motivated and focused individual recognized for “making significant contributions at work.” A people person who inspires and motivates individuals with a “lead by example” philosophy.

My security experience in the corporate sector both overseas and locally includes the following esteemed organisations:

My security exposure includes; the Security Operations Committee for the 1982 National Day Parade, Security Manager with an Indonesian organization from 1992 – 1998, Security Operations team for the IMF 2006 convention, Security Operations team for the inaugural 2010 Youth Olympics Games and Zone Security Manager for Formula 1 races from 2008 – 2019

As an HR and Finance Manager with nearly seven years in the security industry, I have navigated a range of challenges that have strengthened my strategic approach. One significant challenge was managing high employee turnover, which impacted both morale and operational efficiency. To address this, I implemented targeted recruitment strategies and enhanced employee engagement initiatives, resulting in a 25% reduction in turnover over two years.

Additionally, balancing budget constraints with the need for effective training programs posed another challenge. By leveraging technology and developing in-house training modules, I ensured that employees received the necessary skills while staying within budget.
